hi peeps i have a 98 uk scoob and had an anoying problem with the windows and just decided to try an sort out.both rear windows dont work via door switches but rear passenger window works via drivers control.front passenger window only works via drivers control.thought id investigate so took off front passenger door card and found that the wires have been all cut about on the rear of the switch so i put it back properly and then the window did not work at all not even on drivers control so i ended putting it back the way it was before just so it would open via drivers control.is it common for switches to blow on the windows on uk models ? i have had 3 import classics and never had any probs like this.im hoping that previous owner was just to lazy to go get all new switches... any ideas people would be appreciated cheers
