Default Throttle Sensor/Knock Sensor Location?

My Bu's throwing codes, so I got the two sensors to replace the old ones. Just need to know where to find the bloody things. I prefer to do this stuff if at all possible (no, I'm not one of these delicate chicks!). Only select people touch my Bu...

Of course, finding a manual for this seems to be about impossible too...

It's a 1997 Impreza Outback Sport, the 2.2 Engine. Looking for the location of the throttle position sensor and the knock sensor.

Thanks!
