Xenon/High output lights
I would like to replace the bulbs in my WRX impreza 2002 for Xenon or high output ones. What bulbs type replaces the headlight ones???
Can I also replace the fog Bulbs with Xenon bulbs? What bulbs replace these ones?
Are they easy to change?
Can anyone help!!!

You can replace any standard halogen bulb, other than an H2, with higher output "Xenon" types.
Avoid hype: the dearer the bulb doesn't always mean the better It's more to do with optical performance, (how accurately the bulb was made), than output.
Avoid higher wattage bulbs: you will probably need to uprate wiring and certainly fuses if you go to, say 100/130W bulbs.
Good choices at the mo are Osram Nightbreaker 90% uprated, as they are available for around £20 a pair on t'internet. Also look at Ring's version of the same, and Philips 80% uprated ones.
Do remember that any uprated bulb will not last as long as a standard bulb, it's because of the WAY they are uprated. Having said that, I'm just about to replace a Philips Vision Plus H4 that's been in 5 years!
If you have a car that doesn't use H4 bulbs, (and yours doesn't), I can also recommend an HID kit for dip beam, but remember that like higher wattage bulbs, they are sold "for offroad use"
Have a look at Bob5's group buy. He sells a lot on here and I've not seen any poor feedback
