I found a loose ended wire in my dash ?

Just had the PSi3 out the dash and have found a loose wire which looks to be coming from the passenger side somewhere ? It is a small gauge, speaker cable type wire, with no fittings on it ? I have looked but can't see the cable coming into the engine bay or down to the ECU ? I can't pull it (hard), as it feels like the other end is connected to something..

Any ideas what the hell it is / was ?
