pleas pleas help me, situation is this

indicators work fine but the hazard lights dont, but when i lock or unlock the car all the indicator lights come on,

when i push the hazard switch half way it clics spudidly fast and nothing flashes, push it in all the way and nothing?

iv replaced the switch and have tried a relay off an older legacy and sdill nothing, any ides what it could be? could it be a bad earth or something,

plus when the indicators are on any lights like the clock or the red lights on the dash before stating all flicker sometimes wors than others.

any help would be much appreciated.

cheers

I'm no expert but sounds like a dodgy earth or frayed wire shorting. I had the top of the dash off recently to fit a bluetooth (My99 uk turbo) and you might have a job finding where the problem is. Are you sure the switch is ok. I also replaced the bulb in my hazard switch and when you disconnect the switch the indicators do not work. Hope you get it sorted but I have a feeling it won't be that easy.
