Question

I have fitted Morrettes quad headlamps to old shape and put the sidelights in the Morrettes "Which was nice" !

Now I want to use the old sidelights as indicators.
I got some bulbs that fit (W5W) identical to old sidelights but amber
BUT they are only 5 watts !
They look a bit dim and they make the indicator flash much quicker.
The orignal indicators are 21 watts

How can I get a more powerful bulb to fit in the sidelight housing ?
Do they make a 21W sidelight.
If I get something in clear I suppose I could dye it amber.

Any help greatly appreciated.

CJJ.

Lightbulb

I don't know of a 21w sidelight,If I was going to do the mod I would "cut" out the light units to take a larger bulb and holder, therefore the 21watt would fit.

I have a "Dremmel" if you know what that is, for that type of job.

ps. Not being funny, it is a multi tool type mini drill...blah blah.

Good luck, Moles Dad.
