Default Turbo timer and concept 650 alarm/immob

I have bought a fet tb-307 turbo timer, question is, will it be interefered with by the immobiliser?? Its as above and comes on around 30 seconds if left alone, or with the central locking closure etc. The other thing, i assume the wires are and earth and the handbrake switch, but on the actual harness there is another plug, is this of any relevance???

ok dont worry about this, i tried to fit it today and the plug it connects into has been split for the alarm, it only has 2 wires instead of 4 so i cant fit it anyway. Thanks
