Fitting of Cibi Oscar +'s
#1
I have got acquired a pair of cibie oscar pluses, but without a Subaru fitting kit!!! Can anyone tell me how to get them to fit to a scooby, or can anyone supply me with a fitting kit?
My guess is that there must be some kind of blanking plate. The electrics are not a problem, and are self explanatory, it is only the mounting of the lights I have trouble with
Thanks in advance

Speak to scoobymania or scoobysport someone like that who sell the Oscar's, they should be able to point u in the right direction.

Hi there
Which Cibie's do you have? Have they got a bolt and 17mm nut dangling from the bottom?
If so I have them fitted. I had to make a bracket from box section and slightly cut the bumper.
Give me a shout and I'll Tell more if they are the same

Patrick, they are straight out of the box, they have a large bolt fitted to them, on a swing joint, your description sounds the same, as there is no way of fitting the lights without cutting holes (unless you drill out the rivets holding the bolt on)!
Any more information/instructions would be fantastic
Cheers very muchly

The instructions won't be much help, because you still won't have the mounting brackets that come riveted to the back of the lamps if you buy them from ScoobySport.
And resist the temptation to start cutting lumps out of your bumper to fit them, it isn't necessary.
