Default jdm dials kmph reading

i have the chance of a set of these that do the opening ceremony sweep, what can be done about kmph reading can it be changed along with the mileage, and are they a straight swop in to my03 sti, because my standard dials dont have that dccd part on them
im sure ive heard of someone on here that does this sort of thing
any help appreciated

I was about to do this swap on my Type UK prior to selling it.

From what I have read, you should find it's a straight swap, not sure if there is one for the newage but you can get the calibrators for classics that set the speed to MPH so you can still use the Kmph dial (i.e. 20kmph will be 20mph and so on).
