LED indicators and relays/resistors?
Hi guys, iva had a look on here for any info on this but not found much.
ive de-tangoed the front so had bought led front and rear indicators which look nice, but the go into hyperflash as they draw less current and all that, so i bought a 3pin relay that should have cured this but when in, it keeps blowing the 15amp fuse for the indicators?
would having the standard side repeters on the wing matter with these?
This is the relay i used: LED Flasher relay 12 volt blinker indicator motorbike on eBay Indicators Repeaters, Lights Lighting Accessories, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (item 220136833228 end time 07-Aug-07 21:26:46 BST)
i know that instead of a relay you can put resistor across each light, but this kind of defetes the object of LED's, but would consider if relay thing wont work.
seen them on ebay for around £5 a pair.
would it be possible to wire it into the fuse on the fuse box so just needing 2 then? instead of onto each light
Any one had any experience with this problem? any help would be much apreciated.
