defi oil temp and oil pressure READING

hi all quick question i need to no wat reading oil temp and oil pressure should be on a set of Defi Gauges or run at on the 2 gauges

My 1995 sti runs at about 90 degrees when hot idles at 1.5 bar when hot and up to 6 bar when driving. Hope that helps.
