just changing front lamps to colour match xenons on my 06wrx wagon.

done the sides after a bit of hassle! just about to do the full beams which look a lot easier but am changing to osram silverstars (+50%) hb3. they are rated at 12v 65w and the originals are 60w - can anyone confirm that this wont cause a problem with the raised wattage allbeit a small one?

and secondly do i really have to remove the front bumper to access the h7 fogs? looks like the wheel arch linings may be a way in? the manual does say that the sides have to be dealer fit and i found this not to be true - i am hoping someone has a way around this for the fogs too.
