Default CONDESATION IN LEXUS LAMPS?

Is there any way to sort this problem out? Do they need to be sealed better?

Had this, you will need to take off and dry them out thoroughly then run some silicon sealer around the existing seal. It cured mine..

I used a hairdryer to dry them out and then left in the airing cuboard for 24 hrs
