Hi to all, another new member. Recently bought a 97 wrx(import) and whilst driving my check engine light came on, pulled over checked the usual all ok, started the car again and its fine again no light. Not knowing alot about the subaru im a little worried, a friend has told me it could be registering a fault and need to be put on a diagnostic computer. If anyone can help?, be much appreciated.

 

yes it has registered a fault somewhere so it will need reading you could connect the connectors together under the drivers side dash and it should flash a code at you.
