Clear covers for PIAA's
#1
Does anyone know if there are clear covers / protectors for the PIAA conversion.
I have run during the summer with the white ones on, but now its getting dark would like the benefit of them but without the cost of broken lenses

Ade,
I noticed they do carbon fog covers as well (£4 cheaper). Any idea if they're the same as yours (except for the carbon).
Might give them a call tomorrow to find out.

Cheers
At below £30 they will do, how do they fit?
David have you any idea of cost, I bought them from you earlier in the year and I would rather have a cover designed for them. But as a product developer myself I know the meaning of "next year"

Jaz,
I had the same problem and have phoned PIAA a few times over recent months but keep being told the clear covers are being developed in Australia and will be available soon.
Now the dark nights have arrived i need to use the lights regularily so have bought the std. subaru fog light covers which when rotated 45 degrees fit fine, as has been documented on previous threads.

I have just had a PIAA lens broken by a stone. Does anyone know if you can buy just the lens assembly (and if so, where from) or do you have to get a complete new unit?

Marin,
Graham Goode do just the lens. It's £43.50 though!
Have a look at http://www.grahamgoode.com/cgi-bin/p...e=lighting.htm
