Default Classic heater control resistor..

The heater control on my MY95 WRX is faulty.

Rather than gradually increasing the heat from the start of the dial to the end stop, it is cold at the bottom and full heat after just one click round.

I take it the resistor has gone?

If thats the case can I get a new one or do I just change the whole dial?
