Headlight Problems
I have just upgraded my headlights to some H4 ones and for some reason the driver side beam is very wear compared to the other side, the full beam does however work fine. Did anyone come across a similar problem

Never. I would be inclined to do the following:
First check the connections to the offending light. It might be possible to get it back in a way that gives a poor connection. Also look INSIDE the car's connector to see if it's got any corrosion etc in it.
If there is no obvious problem, sawp the two bulbs over, and see if the problem moves: if it does, it's a poor bulb (NOT uncommon), and it can go back. If the problem is on the same side, you may need to visit an auto-electrician.

Swop the bulbs side to side. If it's a wiring problem (unlikely) it'll stay bad on the same side. If it's a bulb problem (most likely) it'll swop sides. If it's a dodgy connection or bad mounting problem it'll go away.
