Steering Wheel/Airbag Question
Hiya guys,
I'm thinking of buying this STi Steering wheel from a V4 STi,
Would I be able to replace the centre section with that from my MY00 wheel?
Any help regarding this is appreciated,
Paul

Should be a straight swap. - if not just use your centre in his rim (I presume your rim is worn hence the change ? )
Removal / replace -
1. Undo the posative lead from the battery.
2. Unwind the two Torx screws on the side of the steering wheel (inside the little holes)
3. Pull the airbag forward and undo the wiring connector.
4. Undo the horn wiring connector.
5. Undo the big nut on the steering coloum and wind back as far as possible WITHOUT removing it.
6. Grip the wheel and pull straight back. If its loose, it will pop straight off and the nut you left on will stop you smacking your teeth out. If its tight ragg like f**k until it comes off.
7. Reverse the procedure to put you new one on.
Hope this helps
Chris
