Need help here....

In europe, all scoobies got the 3rd brake light on the aileron (sti or wrx).

But what if u want to mount a wing that doesnt got a brake light built on?

I saw many pictures of uk cars with the brake light inside the cabin, close to the wiper. Is that a stock subaru piece? Where can I get such "original" piece? Is there any aftermarket one (in uk?).
