Question Which gauge pod?

I am looking to fit 3 defi BF (amber-red) gauges (boost, oil temp, oil pressure) to a MY04. I am looking for a pod to replace the one on the dash but there seem to be loads of different ones out there.

Can anyone recommend a pod that matches the standard dash finish well and fixes in place securely without damaging the dash?

I went for the wavy Defi. Very happy with it. Here's a pretty bad picture:

I have to say that that looks pretty good. How does it fix on?

AFAIK it just slots into the hole left by the clock pod. Mine was fitted at Powerstation. If you're putting it in a MY04 the Defi control unit can go into one of the cup holders - a neater solution IMHO than is available with the MY05s.

I also have the Defi pod (as shown above) on my MY03 STi. I mounted the control box between the passenger seat and the centre console (no pics yet ) Preferred it to be out of plain site on the dash.

To fit, you simply unclip the clock section of the dash and the Defi pod has the same fittings/clips on the base so you can put it back in its place...perfect fit.

The only challenge is to find someone to paint it as it is supplied unpainted with just a base coat ready for painting.
