turbo timers

does anyone know how to let a turbo timer do its job whilst being able to activate your alarm and walk away from the car?

The turbo wagon i bought came with a clifford concept 300 alarm and its all integrated - £400 i think, great piece of mind that you aint jiggering the engine.
