Fuses on a Legacy?

One of the lads at work has bought a J plate Legacy 2.0GL.Can anyone tell me where the main fuses are?The wipers have stopped working and all he can find are the fuses under the bonnet,none of which seem to be the wipers.

Fuse box is up under the dash on the drivers side I think. Sure I saw them the other night when I had my ecu out of mine. I guess the fusebox will be in the same place as the turbo.
