Hi,

I've got a WRX MY03 that needs some audio-treatment...

I bought a big-power amp along with a pair of 6.5"-speakers in front and I about to install the amp in the trunk since it will not fit under the front seat!

I plan on running the power wire on one side and the signal-cable on the other side. My question is how to draw the cables properly so that they are hidden nicely. Has anybody any tips regarding the install so that I do it the right way. Maybe somebody has got som instll-pics on how to do the wires?

One way of placing the cable is to push it under the carpet trims along the door shuts, which is the easiest way.

Or the favoured way is to take the seats and carpet out, and run the signal cable along the transmission tunnel.

As you say, don't run the power leads with the signal.
