Default Rear battery

Has anybody moved the battery into the boot?

If they have what was required to undertake this task?

Has anybody fitted an electrical cut-off switch also?

No need for a cut off switch; I've fitted a 60amp fuse right by the battery and a good earth. Run some good size cable, 4 gauge is what I've used and keep it away from any audio cables.

Just make sure the battery is secure, imagine what could happen in an accident, it maybe worthwhile fitting it against the rear seats.

Don't have any rear seats, and needed a cut off for sprinting, I plan to buy a battery box and bolt it to the boot floor. Thanks for the advice re cable. How much did you use?
