Just bought some upgrade headlamp bulbs for my bugeye but can't get the rubber seal off. there is a wire which goes in at the bottom which i presume is the one i need to disconnect but how? just give it a good pull or is there a more technical way?

Had another go, got the seal off around the out side but is well stuck in the center where the bulb is, still can't figure out which bit is the plug to unplug, don't want to pull to hard and **** something up.
