Question afr guage connection to oxygen sensor?

Hi as above. Trying to find the wire to connect the oxygen sensor wire to from an afr on my classic My00. Think i have found the sensor mounted on the downpipe, but there are three wires connected to it. 2 white and a black i think, but am not sure which wire is the correct one to connect to.

Thanks for any help in advance

How are you going to connect it? The wires on the lambda are not solderable and most will go to the ECU wires.

What year car is it?

Year is important. MY01 onwards dont even touch the front sensor, its a wide band and not cheap to replace.

Otherwise, the 2 white wires are the heater wires and the black is the signal wire.

Silly Me!!! It's a MY00 classic. I could not find anthing to tell me what the pin outs for the ecu wiring were so i thought next easiest way would be the sensor itself. My prefered option would be to connect at the ecu if anyone knows which pin to connect to.

Cheers

Blue plug 136, pin number 21, its white with silver stripes.

Best to take the live and earth from the ECU too, IMHO.

If you do a search there are plenty of diagrams around.
