Where to buy?
...a driving bulb for the botom PIAAs.
The bulb is in some kind of metal clips, but without any writing on it so I don't even know what kind of bulb it is.

Probably H1 if it has a single terminal on the back, H2 if it's just flat with a metal blade each side or H3 if it has a 2 inch tail of heat insulated wiring with a terminal attached.
