XTREME

I have just bought a set for my 99. Clear fronts(crystal) are 67 quid

Side repeaters were 21 quid

Therefore 94 quid all in with the vat.

Tel: 01279 412603

I spoke to Oliver then Dale.

Beastie

see later post, front indicators did not fit.

Edit to say they were 80quid all in from DR (VAT and delivery inc etc...)

Note there are two types of front indicator:

Clear and Crystal. Clear is like normal lense but white. Crystal has a clear see through glass looks extremely cool.

Upauto has the clear version on its website and the set is 70 quid + vat.

Don't go to Scoobysport, ordered two sets of crystal front and side indicators plus Phillips silver bulbs , so far only one set of lights , but no bulbs have arrived!
this was three weeks and lots of phone calls and promises ago!Hopeless,I won't name names but it is tempting and frustrating.

Drive.

The front indicators that arrived from Xtreme do not fit the MY99. Although it says so on box. Only up to 98MY but they look stunning.
I will need to source my fronts separately as Xtremes supplier are not making 99/00 sets yet.
However the side indicators and K&N were spot on.

Trumble,

'tis dead easy
When you get the new ones you will see one end has a "spring" plastic clip, the other doesn't. Simply push the side indicator cover on the car back against the springy end until the other end pops out.

About a 2 minute job I suggest (as with all lamps, essential with headlamps but not so much with indicators) - that you don't touch the lamp with fingers, use a cloth or gloves - open backed "racing" ones of course

hope it helps

Still cheap incl the export fee. But those orange bulbs look horrible IMHO. An earlier post mentioned Philips silver bulbs - presume these would sort this out?

They also do these for $39.95

Don't know how much shipping is, but they charge a $15 export fee.

Just noticed a set of crystal front indicators for MY99 and MY00 in this months Japanese Performance mag in an ad for Ultra Auto-Cosmetics - they look identical to those from Procarparts.com, except with silver rather than orange bulbs. Price is £89 (doesn't say if this is inc or exc VAT), and there's a phone No. for nearest stockist - 0800 6522155.

They certainly look the dogs.

Demon Tweeks do the 'jewel' front indicators for MY99-00 for £74.99 (inc VAT) according to a catalogue I have, and they do the silver bulbs for £14.99 (which by my reckoning makes £89.98)

Hi,

Bought (last Friday) and fitted (yesterday) clear front and side indicators from GGR (www.grahamgoode.com). Cost was £92 the lot including bulbs and a free torch!

Looks pretty good now I think and a doddle to fit. Took about 15 minutes for the lot and that included turning the car round!

Laurence: are they jewelled (like the pic in this thread) or prismed (like the orange ones you begin with)? Did they come with orange bulbs or silver? Is your car a MY99/MY00 (earlier designs were different).

Mine are prismed like the originals and they come with a set of orange bulbs.

The car is an MY98 but I had an MY00 bumper fitted so it takes the newer indicators, repeaters are the same for MY98 and MY99+

Ultra Auto-Cosmetics lights are distributed by Graham Goode - so should be able to get the jewelled lights from them. Apparently the £89 does NOT include the silver bulbs. At present the only silvered bulbs available have offset locating pins - so you have to shear one off to fit them.

However, a new bulb with the correct fitting should be available from 8/10 - so I'm waiting til then to order them. (Bulbs are ~£15 a pair apparently)

Hope this is helpful!
