MY01 Bugeye indicators
DT That is a clear bulb surrounded by an orage dome.
My first thought was to fit the Philips silver coated indicator bulbs, but you cant remove the orange dome easily. In fact, your choices are either opening the light unit, which seems almost impossible, or breaking up the orange dome into pieces small enough to fit through the bulb hole.

I agree with DT. Jap spec WRX's have a different light unit where the orange bit doesn't show up. This is completely different light unit though.
Surely the light unit comes apart. I had a Audi Coupe Quattro a while back and they were prone to corrode the reflectors. It was a doggle to change them, just unclip the glass to get inside.
Go on have a go DT and let use all know. Definitely a worth while cheap mod. Will these Bulbs Pete mentioned fit?

The Jap spec WRX lights are different, not having the dome but an orange bulb instead.
These look pucker with a silver indicator bulb, but its cheaper to buy Morettes than Jap spec headlights.
