My headlight are pants on my Scooby 01, can anyone suggest a better bulb that will light up the road?

I read a thread in here a few months ago, that suggested a bulb from Halfords that wasn't that bad. Can anyone remember what they were, and how much they are?

Don't want to spend pots of money, as it's a company car.

Had these in my MY01 before changing to Morrettes(with Osrams as well)

Have to say I was not disapointed with the original lights
But you will see a big difference
