No they are not heated.
If you want them heated, apparently the Forresters ones will fit!
Afraid I can't help more than that, but it may be worth doing a search for the words Forrester and Mirrors.

Hi, bit of a stupid question but does anyone know if the MY99 car has heated door mirros as standard. They are supposed to come on with the rear window demister but my mirrors don't warm up and I'm not sure if its because they are busted ?
How can I tell if they should be heated ?
