Anyone had any experience of a Select Monitor code 12 (Starter Switch) report? Mine happens intermittently ever since I had the steering lock/switch changed after an attempted theft and I imagine I'm going to have difficulty puruading the repairers to look for an intermittent problem. Is it likely to be a faulty switch, or will a poor connection do this? Any other clues to look for?
