Default Headlight question....

Im probably being very stupid but i need to clarify something.
Just changed the headlight bulbs on MY96 turbo wagon for the phillips vision plus ones. Great bulbs. Then i realized that when the lights are on sidelights its not to bright at all and passenger side dimmer than drivers, (will be changing these to better ones). Also i thought that my main headlights used to come on dimmly when side lights on but they dont now. Is all this how its supposed to be??? Please someone help me.

First switch position should put sidelights on ONLY, second position is sidelights plus dipped headlamps.....

Hope this helps,

Mark

PS _ Get the sidelight bulbs changed too - It'll improve the look !

you should have got the bulbs from powerbulbs.com as when you buy a set of bulbs you get a pair of phillips blue vision side lights FREE!!!. I got mines last week along with a set of clear covers for my PIAA's, holy $hit it's like the sun is shining from the front of my car, instead of my ar$e

Free?? Im not sure i agree on that bit about side lights. West lothian scooby i belive that powerbulbs charge £20 for the ones i purchased, i only paid £14 from the car shop round the corner, so i wouldnt say the sidelights came free with yours just at a discount.
Thanks for the info though

Ah right, I know that already. Waiting on some replacement PIAA lenses from David Reid, but I was hoping you may have found a local supplier.

Cheers anyway,

Stefan
