P1 driving light adjustment screws

Does anyone know where i can get these as mine seem to have a bit missing on each screw.I have the long bolt with a 7mm hex nut/screw cap at one end and a ball shape cross head at the other.Looking at some pics of these i see there appears to be a black capping at the opposite end to the hex nut.Can anyone tell me what i need to secure these to the brackets
