Help WRX 03 Air Bag Resistors

I wish to swap my NON BUCKET 03 seats (With side air bags) for 03 Import Buket seats (THEY DO NOT COME WITH SIDE AIR BAGS) A fellow scooby netter wishes to do the swap so all is well, However the part number for the seat resistor 98299PA040 as posted recently on here, according to my local Subaru dealer this part number is for the drivers steering wheel Air Bag resistor!! can anybody throw some light on the subject please, Ie what is the correct part number.
