Is your car a classic, or new age?
Did you use the relay in the Morette kit, and link it to headlight main beam, as per instructions?
Not sure what you mean about fogs?
If they ARE foglights, they shouldn't be linked to main beam, and if they are driving lights, they MUST go out when you select dip.

OK: pull off the wire from the realy, the one from headlight main beam.
Does the main beam warning light illuminate when you select main beam now?
If yes, the relay could be faulty.
If no, the warning bulb has blown.
Your foglights SHOULD be able to be selected when you have engine running, and sidelights/headlights selected.
They SHOULD NOT be able to be on when no other lights are on.
They should stay on whatever you do with the dip/main part of the switch.
Have they been modded to come on with main beam, go off with dips?
