Front Foglight Bulbs

Can anyone tell me what bulbs go in the front fogs? Just thought of getting some clearer whiter ones but its hammering down with rain so dont want to go out to check (lazy i know). Who does some good bulb replacements also?

Pretty sure they are H3, your manual will confirm.
As far as uprating is concerned, it's a bit of a waste of time: they are foglights, so only throw light about 15 ft in front of the car, and are illegal to use in any conditions except fog.
