Hi all, I replaced the bulbs because i though they were gone, but sometimes my passenger side headlamp seems to be a t least 50% dimmer than the drivers side, usually a quick flick of the high beams sorts it out?!?! whats is causing this and is there a remedy?

Sounds like a poor connector somewhere.
I'd be inclined to remove the bulb, check that the connector is tight onto it, and that all connections are clean. Running a halogen bulb at less than rated voltage will quickly blue it over, and lead to premature failure.
Could also be a duff bulb.....they aren't as rare as you might think, but check connections first.
