Greetings,

I am hoping to find some assistance in wiring the outside ambient temperature sensor to a JDM gauge cluster. My car is a USA spec 2002 WRX. I have the wiring diagram for the USA cars and they show that a temp sensor is wired to pins 8 and 11 of i11 plug on the gauge cluster. The USA model WRX do not have this sensor standard. I tried wiring a USA spec outback temp sensor to these pins but it did not work. I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for a JDM STI and would confirm the sensor pins. Also, does anyone know what sensor should be used?

Thank,

Dean
