I had the same problem the week before last! I went to my local independant place called Bracknell Tyre and Battery, who supplied a replacement battery (heavy duty) with the same guarantee as Halfords ones for £39.95 fitted
The local chain type place, "Humphries" (Kwik Fit type of place) wanted 62 quid
Yeah right!
