Lightbulb

If there are enough people interested (min 20) I can get hold of Xenon Super White bulbs @ £13:00 per pair, plus p+p. I can get them in H1, H3, H4, H7, HB3/9005, 9006, etc. So regardless of what Scooby you have, Classic, WRX, UK300, STi7 there is a headlamp bulb for you.

I've got pukka HID's in the dip beam of my car but a pair of these bulbs in the main beam side, to good effect, they have been in the car since March without failure. Dr. Lurve has been running two sets in her UK300 to good effect as well

FINAL LIST NOW PUBLISHED BOTTOM OF PAGE 3, PLEASE SEE AND CONFIRM

what I should have made clear is that we only need to get 20 pairs of bulbs - not 20 customers for this price, Doh!

100 watt equivalent, they are not 'E' marked, but they do fully comply with Road Traffic Act - Construction and Use Regulations

Okay we seem to be about half way there, ie 10 sets, counting a couple of neighbours who want bulbs as well. Anybody else?

I'll give 'em a go as well. You say 100W equivalent - are they actually 55W? I need to ask because I've already had a melt-down running 80/100W and I don't want to go there again.

Mark, no these don't melt. I've got them on the main beam side of my STI7 with no problems

Griff,

You didn't tell me what a pain those other bulbs were to fit. I'll be having words next time I see you!!

I think they're going to be going onto the Capri, therefore doubling the value

Is this groupbuy still on - if so put me down for a set for my MY00. No idea what they are as standard - someone else with an MY00 mentioned h4's ?????

Hmm is this a straight swap or will I need to realign them as suggested on other threads in this forum??

Simon.

Yes, it's still on, they should be a straight swap, assuming of course that your alignment is correct already, as alignment isn't affected in any way

Ok put me down. **** knows if mine are aligned properly. I guess its an easy job - unscrew one, replace with another.

Simon, same thing H3 for the fog lamps.

Ed, your right about the Crapi, I should have realised that letting you loose with something as Hi-tech as a light bulb was likely to tax your dextrous limitations, with those delicate pianoforte playing fingers of yours

Ok so two sets for me. One pair of H4's for main headlights and a pair of H3's for the fogs (UK MYOO Turbo).
