You will probably need to remove the top rad hose as well as I can't see you being able to slide the fans out otherwise, I would remove top rad brackets as well, but the main problem, as busta says is the actual bolts holding the fans/shroud onto the rad, top bolts should be ok but bottom 2 may have to be done from underneath with undertray removed.

Be aware that you may shear off bolts which have a habit of rusting solid. I did, but was able to remove them from the rear with mole grips, turning them INTO the hole, so the rusty bit didn't have to enter. Replace all bolts with M6 x 16 or M6 x 20 stainless, Screwfix or a local bolt and nut seller.
