Default New battery help?

Which battery do I need for my 05 uk widetrack? And which do you guys recommend?

I usually go for a bosch s3/s4/s5 on my vag cars but not too sure for the blob?

I really rate the YUOSA batteries, long guarantee, and cheap enough off the internet, Halfords want £100.

The halfords one comes with a superb guarantee for piece of mind as I got the £100 one put in on my last scoob and your not messing about by once buy quality

£100quid from halfords! Id buy nothing from them, my bosch battery is over 3 years old now and still going strong £60 3 or 4 year warrenty cant remember but its 3 years min anyway.

Mine was off t'internet, YUOSA 5005, 5 years guarantee.
Helllfrauds wanted £100. I paid just over £60 delivered within two days.

BOSCH S5 for me, very good cold cranking and a 5 year warranty. I paid 60 Inc vat for mine in a local motor factor.

Im still waiting for someone to comfirm whether its an 005 type or a 024 type battery?

Mine's an 005, hence the YUOSA designation, 5005

I went for a bosch s4 in the end as I managed to pick one up from my local ecp. With the black friday discount code I got it for £59.

005 is correct.
I went for 054 Nissan micra battery, weight saving FTW. Without the drawbacks of oydessey

I bought the 005 although the bosch battery says 024 on it too?

I think the codes are interchangeable, one is Bosch, the other someone else's code for same battery.
