Default Recommend me a charger

As the title states, can you recommend a decent trickle / maintenance charger for my car.

Seen loads on the market but looking for good experiences

C-Tek, MXS 5.0.

But do buy from a designated dealer, or they won't honour the 5 yr warranty.

Cheers, looks good. Is it worth getting it with the test functions or not??

Flame suit on but Aldi and Lidl do a cracking charger for around £14,
it has a winter /conditioning setting for long term connection,
I have a few for the bikes and cars.

Another vote for the Ctek MXS 5.0! Fantastic bit of kit has already saved me 2 batteries.

Yes, mine came with a set of crocodile clips, which enable the other cars here to borrow the charger if necessary, and the easy connect with eyelets that I've put on the Scoob. Some sets don't include the latter, you buy it extra. You can also buy a longer lead (8') and a wall mount for the charger. Neither is cheap, however. For me it was cheaper to install another socket in the garage than buy the extension cable

There were none in mine. Place I worked at was having a rewire/rebuild. I "salvaged" fourteen MK double sockets in almost new condition. Four are now in my garage.

Cost was 10m of twin and earth, plus some surface mount patresses.

Mine has been connected so far for one month continuous. Then removed and used, twice, to boost my eldest's battery, and is now sitting conditioning the Scoob battery too.

Car starts first pull every time.
