Default HKS turbo timer wiring

Hi all, just got a second hand hks turbo timer and i need a little help with the wiring, the three with the plug missing are easy enough but theres a brown wire that goes to RPM Signal and thats the one im stumped on. could someone enlighten me on where it goes

and the wiring

Just buy a hks wiring harness. Just plug and play.

Cant as it doesn't have a plug on it but its the brown wire im more interested in
