Ah........if it's magnetic, it's 99% possible it's an H4 HID replacement.
Best place is in the bin, sorry.
The magnetic part allows them to move the bulb forwards and backwards in the mount to give alignment for both main, and dip, beams.
Sadly, it does neither. You end up with a workable dip and crap main beam, or vice-versa. Some, like a set I fitted for someone, give no clear beam pattern on either.
Best avoided in H4 or any twin filament bulb.
