Hi guys
I'm a newby on here looking for some advice. I have just bought my second impreza classic a 1998 impreza terzo and the first thing I noticed on the way home was the speedo was'nt working. I have since noticed when you drive quick the needle shoots up backwards to around 120mph and sits there till you ease off then it falls back down the wrong side. I have tried removing the instrument cluster and putting the needle to the correct side but it just does the exact same thing. The needle shoots up and falls down the other side. The mileometer and rev counter both work fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be the speed sensor on the gear box or do I need to change the instrument cluster
