Default Fuse help

Quick question guys noticed today when I indicate the clock lights dim when the indicator is flashing also the stereo has stopped working could this be a blown fuse if so which one could it be and where are they located the Car in question is a 99 classic

Doesn't sound like a fuse, sounds more like an earth problem.

Yea I think it is the fuse had gone for the stereo which has sorted that problem but there is still a power drain when indicating or pressing the window switch it's only slight as it only dims the dash clock but headlights etc are fine
