Help! 15amp fuse keeps blowing and cant start
just went to unlock my car to find the buttons on the fob and immobiliser are not working, (sigma) then put the key in the ignition and turned it (ignition and dials still light up) and nothing, alarm went off after 30 seconds of trying. read on here someone had the same issue and there 15amp fuse has blown, had a look and so had mine, replaced it and it blew straight away, tried with another and again it blew, only had the car a day! yesterday i installed a new head unit and removed the aftermarket extra lights, so i have removed the head unit and checked the wires i cut and taped from the fog lights and all seems fine. the fuse is the far left one blue 15 amp. if someone can help asap that would be great
thanks in advance

Disconnect the cables to the new head unit and recheck the cables are all separated and taped up good on the lights,I assume it was all good before you touched the electrics? Looks like a dead short on what ever you have installed ,good luck car electrics are a nightmare ( and I am a sparks)

yes all were good, head unit went in yesterday and was driven 4 times since then, fog lights removed and driven once, so looks like its more to do with the fog lights, may have to re connect then up
