Sorry don't know one. Hopefully you're sorted by now but if not have you checked fuses and or in case it's the switch will one of the other window switches swap just to get the window closed ????

I'll post up pics later of mine and my mate Alan's make shift window. its proper Alfa Touring Car style. Apparently there is a bad earth somewhere so for the meantime we got the window up and disconnected the motor.
Need to put my door back together today but canny be fooked.

is it moving atall ??
if it is and then bouncing back down you need to calibrate the window , whick involves holding the window switch to the top position for 4 secs then down to the botton same time , then the auto function should work , if its not working atall , window regulator dead common fault

if its an earth problem it could be down to the body computer on the back of the fusebox at drivers knee wich is a more common fault than switches or regulators......
ps. these need the keys coded with alfa gear as nobody independant i know of can do it.
ive a 156 here for breaking if u wana chop the regulator into if its faulty...

Cheers Dee but the regulator seems to be working fine.
Funny you should mention having the Body computer as i had a new one put into about 2months ago, I really hope I never have to go near Mervyn Stewarts again as they were arseholes. Tried to screw me out of money left right and centre.

they charged me an extra £20 over the verbal quote for getting my car hooked up to your computer to check the BCM.
Told me I could order the part over the phone as and when i need it, so when i went to order it, i got some fella who point blank refused to listen to me that i'd already been told just to ring and get it ordered and made me come all the way in with all my details again which is a bit of a pain in the bollocks when you live outside belfast.
Got told my part would be in on a Wednesday, drove down on Wednesday for 8.30am to be told my order had been cancelled, then when it was ordered my car was booked in again without my knowledge then when i rang up to see if my BCM was in, I got a woman being particularly snotty with me for missing an appointment that I wasn't told about.
Got 3 different prices for the work that varied by almost 100, I got the cheapest price without much fuss but if i hadn't of questioned it like some wouldn't have i'd have been a good bit lighter in the pocket. Then when i drove off I checked the passenger window, it still didn't work and this was one of the problems they said was related to the BCM but the guy didn't really seem to care kinda dismissed it as Ah well least we got your lights working!
I was a bit miffed to say the least.
